this bunchbof briccolini was surprisingly nice. The stems were a bit stringy & I like to use as much of each of my vegetables as possible, so some wascwasted from this bunch. but there was a good sized head part to each stem.

Fresh broccolini is tender, slightly sweet, and cooks quickly while still packing in vitamins and fiber. It’s easy to add to meals, though it can be pricier than regular broccoli and doesn’t always last long in the fridge. Perfect for steaming as a side or tossing into a stir-fry on a busy weeknight.
