9/10 times incredibly fresh. A good size for a side for one or as part of a variety of vegetables for two. I love to just chop the very bottom off and blanch them but broccolini are great many ways. I prefer them over Broccoli because I actually enjoy the stems with ease so they feel lower wastage.

In my household we love steamed broccolini, dressed with a little lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. It has a more vibrant flavour than broccoli and it’s an easy way to add more greens into our diet
