This broccolini is so delicious when cooked properly and it's so satisfying to know its very very good for your body. They say broccoli and broccolini are cruciferous vegetables which makes them a good anti-cancer food. I lightly boil it with salt and then add a knob of butter and it all gets eaten up by my family which I love because some family members don't always love vegetables.

I love broccolini! It's a shame it is quite expensive. I love cooking it on the stove with chilli and lots of garlic. Tastes amazing and is a great side to any main.
