I always grab these when they are half price because they’re great for my sporting family. My husband takes one of these when he plays soccer. Helps to give him better hydration and a boost of energy. Red and blue are the favourites

Mountain Blast Powerade is one of the best flavours of the range. Not sickly sweet, refreshing and really useful when feeling dehydrated. Have had this to help with upset tummies in the past, both for myself and my son, and always seems to help. Does have a high sugar content, but sometimes that helps when feeling dizzy or dehydrated.
