Best product for me. Since I work in. Very hot industry these drinks keep my fluids up so I’m never dehydrated

High in sugar, but not a bad choice for post work out recovery. I use after longer sessions of an hour or more. Not a massive fan of the sprinkler style pop top, but it is functional enough to get the job done.
