A really great sports drink to have especially after a workout. It replaces lost electrolytes and quenches thirst. Really good for you for a sports drink.

until tonight I had not tasted this flavour and I wouldn't have brought it if it wasn't on the booster list but seriously it won't be the last time I buy it, I love the flavour and isn't too sweet or too watery it is balanced nicely and I don't feel bloated either so I am impressed

Mountain Blast Powerade is great. Tastes good. I don’t play sport but sometimes if I am tired or feeling dehydrated, I’ll go for one of these.
