Mountain Blast Powerade is one of the best flavours of the range. Not sickly sweet, refreshing and really useful when feeling dehydrated. Have had this to help with upset tummies in the past, both for myself and my son, and always seems to help. Does have a high sugar content, but sometimes that helps when feeling dizzy or dehydrated.

Got this on special at Woolworths delicious and tasty Powerade great blue colour sports drink. Have a nice like a bubblegum blast flavour delicious and tasty full of energy.

My daughter trains really hard with aerobics - usually 3hr sessions and often multiple days back to back. I always encourage her to replenish with Powerade when training is extra full on or when competitions are on. she loves the taste/flavour and the way it hydrates her thirst without bloating.

Mountain Blast is a sweet, tropical-style flavour with a strong fruity taste. Most people describe it as refreshing, especially when it’s cold, though some find it a bit too sweet or slightly artificial tasting if you drink a lot of it.  It contains four electrolytes — sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium — which help replace what you lose through sweat, making it useful after sport, physical work, or very hot days.
