the sipper cap makes it so easy to sip and go. the flavour is not too sweet and the drink really helps with hydration during a high intensity workout. you can get away with drinking at room temperature but I prefer it cold.

If you drink it casually and often, the sugar and additives may outweigh the benefits.

medium sized bottle of Powerade. Mountain Blast flavour which is slightly sweet in taste. comes in a bottle with a resealable sipper for on the go drinking like running

This drink helps quench your thirst and love all the different flavours. It’s very handy you can carry it anywhere with you without worrying of any leak. However, the lid is so thight and takes you a minute before opening it.
