Awesome as a post, pre and during exercise drink especially when you're sweating a lot. It can eb quite dangerous to do long prolonged exercises with just water as it will not replenish your electrolytes unlike powerade. It is specially formulated to give your body what it needs during exercise. Tastes great but be careful drinking it when not doing exercise because it isn't very healthy if you aren't lacking these electrolytes and it's ful of sugar.
