this is delicious but I had terrible trouble melting this on the stove top over boiling water. I don’t think it’s user error as I can easily do this usually

This chocolate tastes great and is cheaper than regular chocolate! The baking chocolate label is just for show and it has the exact same ingredients has their regular plain chocolate.

This tasted great and was easy to use as decoration on a cake. Grated some up to use on sides of cake. Tip-freeze it before you grate it so it doesn’t melt
