The Old Gold Roast Almond chocolate is rich and delicious, and the roasted almonds add a nice crunch and extra flavor. My only gripe is that some bites end up as plain dark chocolate — I wish there were more almonds in each piece. I usually wait for them to go on 1/2 price sale at $4 as I don’t find it worth to pay for the bar at full price.

It’s smooth rich dark chocolate texture melts in the mouth and pleasantly surprises one with it’s whole crunchy roasted almonds. Apart from the fact that sugar is the first ingredient and that it also contains emulsifiers, we do indulge in this chocolate from time to time.
