You can’t beat Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate. Although I love a few of the other varieties available, the plain milk chocolate is always a good choice. At this time of year, I use it in my Christmas baking for it’s high quality taste and reliability when melted then set. That’s if I can keep it hidden from the kids!
