Pascall marshmallows are definitely the best brand, as I discovered recently when I bought a cheaper one to try. Pascall marshmallows are so much softer and fluffier, and the white powder (icing sugar?) they are coated in adds to the experience . We usually have a packet in the house as we like to have them in our hot chocolates.
