My family do not eat marshmallows very often, but when we do, we always buy Pascall pink and white ones. They are soft and sweet and a lovely sometimes treat. I always buy them at Christmas as they are a great addition to the rocky road pudding I make and of course a wonderful addition to a winter hot chocolate.
