It is thick formula for very dry skin. It makes your skin feel replenished within a week of continuous usage. It has no fragrance. Best as your winter moisturizer.

This is one of the best hand creams I’ve ever tried. I love the consistency of the cream. I have been using this Neutrogena hand cream for some years and it has helped greatly with my dermatitis. In fact I haven’t had a bad outbreak since. I highly recommend it. It is reasonably priced although it has gone up about $3 in recent time and the size is fine for carrying in your handbag.
