this is a carefree brand of a 16 pack if fkexia regular tampons. these are fir females only. the regular tampons are fir a light flow. they have advanced leakage protection, that draws the fluid to the inner core. Always read the instructions if using for the first couple times. a tampons should never be left in fir more than 8 hours. normally change every 3 to 4 hours to keep fresh.
