Pros Works mquickly within 30–60 minutes * Strong for itchy skin, hives, sneezing, and hay fever * Usually lasts all day with one tablet * Widely available and affordable in Australia * Often works better for skin itching than some other non-drowsy alternatives Cons Can still cause drowsiness in some people, even though it’s marketed as less drowsy. Can dry out your mouth or throat Not ideal if you need to stay very alert at work or while driving until you know how it affects you
