it’s good bandage if you’re not suffered in serious injury. The sponge is thin but the design of it has a bee-nest pattern which is good for you to spread out the fluid. the tape is waterproof like a sticky cling film. most important it’s pretty cheap , then you can change everyday , not a burden in finance.
