I have been having problems with sinus congestion recently so l bought this Sudafed PE Nasal Decongestant as it was on special at Coles. It has 20 tablets containing 10mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride. Sudafed is a trusted brand in sinus medicine, and it seemed to help when I took one last night.
