definitely recommend for anyone who has an old boy cat. my cat was diagnosed with uranary problems about 5 years ago and has been eating nothing but uranary care food since which most brands are very expensive. this is the most affordable brand out there for these issues. cat loves them and has never had any fussiness with this brand.
