I got this to use in my ice cream recipe. I like that you can reseal and put back in the fridge for a couple of days. you don’t need to use it all in one go. it added the right amount of sweetness to the recipes I needed.

Double Choc Chip Cookies Prep time: 20 min Cook time: 30 min Serves: 48 Ingredients: 180g butter, softened 75g caster sugar 125ml Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk 225g self-raising flour 200g Nestle BAKERS' CHOICE Milk CHOC BITS 95g Nestle BAKERS' CHOICE White CHOC BITS Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Grease and line two - three oven trays with baking paper. 2. Using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar until pale and creamy, add Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, beat until just combined.
