Deconstructed Banoffee Pie Skill Level: Easy Prep time: 20 min (plus assembly) Serves: 4 Ingredients: 300mL thickened cream 1 tbsp caster sugar 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 395g can Nestlé TOP’n’FILL Caramel 125g buttersnap biscuits, crushed 2 bananas, peeled and sliced 2 tbsp toasted coconut chips Method: 1. In the bowl of an electric mixer, add thickened cream, sugar and vanilla bean paste, beat until thickened. Spoon into a large piping bag fitted with a 1cm round nozzle. 2.
