I bought this Nestle Vanilla Flavour Sustagen from Woolworths to try as a meal replacement, as I am trying to lose weight and lower my blood glucose levels. It has a lot of vitamins and minerals and is low Gl, which is helpful for me as a person with diabetes. I tried it today and I absolutely loved the taste, which is rare. It also filled me up quite well.

I have purchased these on and off over the years for my health issues. The flavour is not too and it's always available to purchase. You can even put it into smoothies and others recipes.
