My child loves to drink this! easier then the poppers as my child will get distracted and leave them around, however the mixture is always lumpy when mixing with milk

I bought this Nestle Dutch Chocolate Flavour Sustagen from Woolworths today as it was on special and I use it often as a breakfast replacement to try to lose weight and lower my blood glucose levels. It has a lot of vitamins and minerals and is low Gl, which is helpful for me as a person with diabetes. I really like the taste and it fills me up quite well.

I bought this Nestle Dutch Chocolate Flavour Sustagen from Woolworths to try as a meal replacement, as I am trying to lose weight and lower my blood glucose levels. It has a lot of vitamins and minerals and is low GI, which is helpful for me as a person with diabetes. I tried it today and I absolutely loved the taste, which is rare. It also filled me up quite well.
