This product is great for gym goers. Although the taste can be a little bland and bricky, it contains a higher protein ration than calories. Also, buy this product when it is 50% off at Woolworths, Coles and/or Aldi.

Musahi high protein bar is chewy texture. Cookie and cream flavour makes it taste better. I always have it as my breakfast with coffee after a nice workout. I’d recommend it to my friends.

I have a mostly positive review of this protein bar as it’s absolutely chocked with protein compared to most other protein bars around whilst still being low in sugar, carbs and fat which is typically unusual in Musashi products. The missing star is just taste wise it’s a bit below average and definitely doesn’t taste like cookies and cream but otherwise great!
