I grew up drinking Milo and now my kids love it too. Breakfast is boring without a warm cuppa Milo. Unlike other chocolate drinks in the market that are mainly made of sugar and colouring. Milo is a good source of Protein, helps nourish my kids growing muscles, Calcium for strong bones and teeth, and Low GI which provides sustained energy to keep them going longer in the morning. Best of all they are on special at coles.
