it’s used as breakfast drink on alternate days of the week. I replace it with chocolate powder in my cakes and it tastes just amazing.

MILO Pikelets with Yoghurt and Berries Makes: 20 Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 10 min Ingredients: 1 cup self-raising flour 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda 3/4 cup MILO 1 egg 1 cup milk 20g margarine, melted To serve: 1 cup Greek yogurt, reduced fat 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries Method: 1. Sift flour and bicarbonate of soda into bowl, stir in MILO. Gradually stir in combined remaining ingredients, mix well. 2. Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture into hot greased pan. When bubbles appear on surface, turn over, cook other side. 3. To serve, top with yogurt and berries.
