This Coles brand Tasmanian Salmon is healthy, nutritious, and delicious. I love that this is Australian farmed fish, so you know it's good quality. I also love that this product has a 4 star health rating, and is packed with lean protein, healthy fats, and omega 3s. I also like that this salmon tastes great baked, pan fried, or roasted, and so is incredibly versatile. I also love that this salmon is already perfectly portioned into 4 slices, ready to be cooked. A tasty, nutritious and versatile buy. 5 stars!

these are always fresh when I buy them. comes with four so a great portion size. I Cooke them in the air fryer and they cook up great. they taste like salmon I rarely have bones in these too
