I like Continental Cucumbers loose for their freshness and quality. This product is great. Fresh, crisp and tasty and able to be used in so many ways: salads, snacks, a main meal side and put into other dishes. I buy these regularly and add to many meals to bulk the meal up.

Cucumbers are simple but surprisingly powerful for our health. If you would like to reduce weight, it is good for weight loss. It is because cucumber have extremely low in calories but still filling, making them great for snacks or adding volume to meals without gaining weight. Also, cucumbers contain small but useful amounts of Vitamin K and Vitamins C, providing us bone health and support immunity respectively

delicious cucumbers, we have cucumber salad or just in salads too. they don't come in plastic so that is good too.

These are just regular cucumbers. Nothing remarkable about them. They are more or less the same across different supermarkets. We are grateful that these are of a good size. Cucumbers we got elsewhere recently have been small with relatively big proportion of seeds. Hoping for better seasonal batch soon!
