I find at the major supermarket retailers it can really be hit or miss in terms of quality. It looks good in store but after one night in the fridge it’s a different story. I’ve had so many misses I struggle to take the gamble so instead miss out.

I bought this on sale for just $2, and it’s such a good bargain. The cucumber is refreshing, crunchy and sweet! You can simply fry the cucumber slices and add some salt and pepper, it’s delicious.
