Just regular cucumbers. Nothing special about them. We are grateful that these are of a good size. Cucumbers we got elsewhere recently have been small with relatively big proportion of seeds. Hoping for better seasonal batch soon!

refreshing in summer eithe pickled in an Asian dressing or a continental salad. a favourite of ours is a Greek salad.

Crisp, fresh and not bitter. Great crunch for salads and wraps, and they don’t seem watery. Held up well in the fridge for a few days.
