Continental cucumber — a long, slender, dark-green cucumber with thin, smooth skin and very small seeds. It’s crisp, mild and refreshing, great sliced in salads, sandwiches or dips, and easy to eat without peeling. Slightly sweeter and more hydrating than thicker field cucumbers.
