Coles Baby Rocket is consistently fresh and has a nice, mild peppery taste without the bitterness you sometimes get with older leaves. It’s great in salads, sandwiches, or even tossed on top of pizza after baking. The leaves are tender and clean, and the packaging keeps it crisp for several days. A reliable, tasty option that adds a fresh touch to any meal!

Purchased for use in a salad, but would also be great in sandwiches or wraps. Convenient sized bag as a little goes a long way with the peppery taste.

I recently purchased a bag of rocket and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The rocket was fresh and crisp, straight out of the bag with no signs of wilting or spoilage. It had that signature peppery bite that makes rocket so versatile, whether you’re tossing it on salads, piling it on pizza, or using it as a garnish. The leaves were clean, tender and fresh. The pack was a generous size—perfect for multiple uses throughout the week without feeling like it would go to waste. Very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. It’s a great alternative to pre-mixed salad bags that sometimes include less desirable leaves. The only downside, which may not apply to everyone, is that my son just won’t touch it! Despite trying it mixed in with other salads or hidden in sandwiches, the peppery taste seems to be a deal-breaker for him. Like most bagged greens, once opened, it’s best consumed within a few days to avoid sogginess (though this one held up slightly better than most).
