slightly bitter but fragrant. eat on its own can be quite bitter but in salad and sandwiches or pizzas its great.

A very convenient product. It is already washed and ready to use. We have it in salads but mainly in wraps for lunch at home or work. We love that it is Australian grown and has a 5 star rating. A very healthy product which is so easy to add to dishes.
