These Baby Spinach Leaves from Coles are tasty and convenient. I use them in curries and stir fries, and our budgies love them too. They are already washed so they can be used straight from the package. The only downside to them is that they get soggy and inedible very quickly, but this can be avoided to an extent by putting a folded paper towel in the package and sealing it.

can be eaten as is or can be mixed with salad and pasta. this packet can be is already washed and can be eaten staight away
