quick and easy way to make a green salad is to have a bag of spinach as the base and then toss in some thinly sliced green apple, cucumber and some lemon juice. we also always have spinach on hand for juicing with a selection of fruit and vegies such as apples, pears, oranges, mandarins and carrots. spinach wilted with some eggs on toast is a healthy breakfast start to the day. A bag of spinach is a verversatile ingredient to have on hand.
