we cook dal and spinach. getting this is easy rate r than buying tht frozen ones. thr taste is just a amazing. and it's fresh when compared to frozen ones. I don't tht health benefits of Spinach, but it definitely has some. Do have it at least once a week.

Fresh and tasty and purchased to use in a salad, but would also be great as an alternative to lettuce in sandwiches and wraps. Also great in a variety of savoury dishes.
