Photo Review of Coles Australian Baby Spinach 120g

Coles Spinach Leaves taste great. They can be bought in different sized bags. They can be eaten in a salad or cooked in a pasta sauce or in a pie. They are Australian grown. You must be careful how you store them. They can't be squashed. A couple of tips: 1) If the leaves are a bit damp then a piece of paper towel inside the front and inside the back of the bag to absorb the water. 2) Find a way to seal the bag that doesn't crush the leaves. I bought these slide locks that work great and keep the leaves fresh until the use by date.
