Fresh, fragrant, and packed with flavour. Perfect for pasta, salads, and homemade sauces. The leaves are usually good quality, though they can wilt quickly.

nothing says summer like fresh basil! it goes with everything. Pop some in your pasta salad (hot or cold), on a pizza, or in spritzers when guests are around. These little pots keep for up to two weeks on your kitchen window sill!

Bought for tabbouleh and tea. Decent hit of menthol, but bruises fast. Use quick or it sulks in the fridge.

I think herbs are getting far too expensive and this basil is never fully alive and fresh when I see it in Coles. I think it needs discounting when it’s looking so wilted. the leaves are flavourful but I recommend washing them really well before use.
