There's not much to say about this cheese. It tastes great. It's the generic one, but you can get it for a little less from a price perspective.So I would recommend going with the generic brand it's the same cheese you get the deli

I buy Swiss cheese as it is low in salt. This brand doesn’t disappoint in taste. The taste is authentic although I would have preferred the slices to be cut a little thinner and have more slices available in the pack.

Mild but with a stronger aftertaste that is quite pleasant - not that sort of sharp moldy taste that many cheeses have, so it's probably the safest bet in this range if you're buying for someone else. The holes are pretty big but you can't really avoid that with Swiss cheese.
