This shredded mozzarella is the cheese I buy the most because it’s so versatile and one of the most affordable kinds. It melts really nicely for pizzas and lasagnes. I also use it in pasta and omelettes and on toasties. It also has about the same calories as the low fat cheese but tastes much better!!
