Mild flavour and melts well – perfect for pizzas, toasties, or pasta. Good protein content and made with vegetarian rennet, which is great for non-meat eaters. High in saturated fat, as expected for cheese, but also rich in calcium. Pre-shredded and easy to use straight from the bag. For the price and quantity, it’s solid value for everyday cooking.
