Nice and healthy, add to water and your flavour of choice, I like it with a squeeze of lemon. A good way to improve heart health, reduce cholesterol and promote intestinal health.

Readily available and budget friendly. Does the job and makes wonderful chia seed pudding with coconut milk. Also great for adding in yoghurt and smoothies.

Always have a Chia seed Pudding in the fridge. Easy to make with our favourite Oat milk & a little bit of Honey. These healthy powerhouse seeds go well in anything, from breakfast cereal to smoothies and also desserts 😋

convenient package with decent size. not so big, not so small. enough to be kept in a small pantry. I love to put chia seed especially on my breakfast pudding and pancake.
