Very fresh roll with it being crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, I got these at Coles that are baked fresh daily. 4 rolls in the packet, typical sour dough with a light rye element, would be perfect for lunch with your favorite toppings or to add as a side to soup,

we used these rolls to make the most incredible steak sandwiches. they are the perfect thickness. not too much bread, but enough to hold everything together. they were also delicious and soft, yet firm enough not to fall apart with hot steaks and sauces inside. the perfect complement to the steaks.

The light rye sourdough rolls had a nice chewy texture and a subtle tang that you expect from sourdough. They were fresh and paired well with soup or butter. However, I found them a little on the dense side and not as flavorful as other sourdough options I’ve tried. Overall, decent but not a standout—solid enough for everyday use, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy them again.
