Very fresh roll with it being crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, I got these at Coles that are baked fresh daily. 4 rolls in the packet, typical sour dough with a light rye element, would be perfect for lunch with your favorite toppings or to add as a side to soup,

these were absolutely delicious. I popped them in the air drier for 6 minutes to crisp them up before slathering with butter and earring with our soup.

we used these rolls to make the most incredible steak sandwiches. they are the perfect thickness. not too much bread, but enough to hold everything together. they were also delicious and soft, yet firm enough not to fall apart with hot steaks and sauces inside. the perfect complement to the steaks.
