Super convenient and very often discounted due to the expiration dates on the packages rather than the loose potatoes in store. The only thing I can nit pick about is that I wish the packaging was recyclable or compostable.

These potatoes were perfect. I roasted them with a Cole’s honey mustard and garlic packet. It made them taste fantastic

These washed potatoes are great to bake with the skin on and great for mashing. The mashed texture is light and fluffy.
