I'm always on the lookout for bread at Coles that contains less additives or preservatives or extra additions that maybe shouldn't be in bread, and this was the only one which avoids them, I guess, because it's made in-store. When it's fresh, it's really good, but it tends to go stale but not mouldy quickly.
