I was really happy with this diced beef. The pieces were evenly cut, fresh, and a good size which made cooking super easy. The meat was good quality with minimal fat and stayed tender after slow cooking. I used it in a stew and it absorbed flavours really well without going tough. Packaging was secure and the beef looked fresh on opening.
