mini hoummus pots come in 3 pots of 60gm.i prefer to the 3 pots of the hoummus as I snack alot through the day until 6am everyday.it let's me control my eating as a snack.full of protein, made from chickpeas and tahini sauce.thick,smooth and silky in texture.great for vegetarians.i and vegans.i come from a Lebanese background and times I don't want to make hoummus from scratch.i love dipping in carrots or celery in the hoummus for a healthy snack I also spread the hoummus on Lebanese with falafel.
