I like to steam baby Brussel sprouts for a few minutes then sauté in some butter and salt. If I am feeling particularly fancy, I’ll add some crushed garlic in the pan with the butter. Yum. perfect addition to any “meat and 3 veg” meal.

These baby Brussels sprouts are so fresh and full of flavor. They cook evenly and have a lovely natural sweetness when roasted, without that bitterness some sprouts can have. Perfect size for quick cooking and great in salads, stir-fries, or simply roasted with a bit of olive oil and garlic. Definitely a staple in my weekly shop!
